As part of the success of the Barney and Echo Educational Programmes, we are holding our Roadshows up and down the country !
The purpose of the day is to promote discussion through activities that will encourage the idea that ‘mental health is just as important as physical health' and the importance of being safe online.
Children will have the opportunity to discuss confidence, self-esteem and leave the day having received valuable support and techniques of how to deal with all sorts of emotions, we also address issues such as bullying, personal security and social media which will help children at a young age make good decisions based upon sound educational advice as well as learning numerous other skills.
We have found that both subjects cross over and so fit really well together when hosting our Roadshows.
Each child leaves the event with outstanding "goodie bags" that local businesses have contributed too, and there are incredible prizes to be won for children, teachers and the attending Schools throughout the day...
It really is an event not to miss...
The roadshow is a full School day event starting at 9.30am with the event closing at 2.30pm - attendance is free of charge and is open to all Primary and Junior Schools and PRU's within the educational boundary of each roadshow venue.
