Barney & Echo Mindfulness Roadshow CHESTER MARCH 2024

As part of the continued success of the Barney and Echo "Mindfulness" Educational Programme, we held another Mindfulness Roadshow at Chester University, supported heavily by Chester West and Chester Councillors it wa a huge success and thoroughly loved by everyone who attended on the day...

The purpose of the day is to promote discussion through activities that will encourage the idea that ‘mental health is just as important as physical health'.

Children will have the opportunity to discuss confidence, self-esteem and leave the day having received valuable support and techniques of how to deal with all sorts of emotions.

Each child leaves the event with outstanding "goodie bags" that local businesses have contributed too, and there are incredible prizes to be won for children and teachers throughout the day...

It really is an event not to miss...

The roadshow is a full School day event starting at 9.30am with the event closing at 2.30pm - attendance is free of charge and is open to all Primary and Junior Schools and PRU's within the educational boundary of the roadshow venue.
